Lakeview Integrative Psychiatric Care is currently licensed to serve clients in Ohio only.

The initial evaluation is $250. Standard follow-up visits are $150. Insurance is accepted through Headway (United Healthcare, Aetna, Med Mutual of Ohio, Quest Behavioral Health, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna). Self-pay is also welcome.
